Course Objectives
  • The course introduces the design and application of instrument system based on single chip. The course includes digital signal processor (DSP), such as Texas Instruments TMS320C54x sequence and other DSP, and various microcontrollers, such as 8051, AVR, PIC, ARM (Advance RISC Machine) and other single chips. Besides didactic teaching, we provide devices and sensors for students to familiar with practical application, including hardware building and software design. With the experiments in class, the students can develop a complete concept of single-chip system design.
